From the Desk of the Course Director

Welcome to Bunts Sangha’s S M Shetty Pre-Primary Teachers’ Training Academy. We strive to deliver the best Educational results with a proven teaching methodology. We started our journey in 1998 with the State Board School with 190 students and 11 teachers. We constantly work to sharpen our saws and embrace change by reinventing, renewing, and innovating.

Our Pre-Primary Teachers’ Training Academy was established in 2014. We have successfully trained numerous educators who have secured excellent job opportunities and become well-skilled professionals in their field, marking almost a decade of educational excellence with more to come.

As the Course Director I am delighted to introduce our comprehensive Montessori Teacher Training program designed with a global perspective to equip aspiring educators with the skills and knowledge necessary for excellence in early childhood education.

Our program is designed to provide a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology, enriched with international best practices. We aim to foster a nurturing learning environment where future educators can thrive and inspire young minds.

The training includes:
  • Core Montessori principles, child psychology, and practical classroom management techniques.
  • International standards and diverse educational approaches are incorporated.
  • Practical training sessions in real classroom settings to ensure readiness for the teaching profession.
  • Seasoned Montessori educators with experience in both local and international contexts as faculty members.
  • A focus on the Montessori teaching-learning process, emphasizing hands-on learning, self-directed activity, and collaborative play.
  • Techniques to create a child-centered environment that encourages independence, creativity, and critical thinking.
